RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online and know it is a
very personal decision. Oftentimes it is much easier to make this decision when the jewelry is in your hands, in front of your eyes and tried on.
Please note: Because purchasing jewelry online is very different than
in person at our shop, our online return and exchange policies are different than those in our physical store.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please feel free to send it back to us insured and pre-paid (we will not accept CODs.) The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt - within 10 days of receiving the order. If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge. Please include all of you contact information inside of the package. We also like to know why you are returning it, so please download, print and include the below document with your package.
When your return is received we will send you an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the billing cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
