SHIPPING INFORMATION

At this time we do not offer international shipping. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address - like your home or office - in the 'ship to' portion of your order.
Orders over $1000 will require an adult signature and will be sent via Insured UPS.
CARRIERS:
We use UPS as our domestic carrier, but can use FedEx or USPS if requested. Rates will vary.

INSURANCE:
Everything we ship is completely insured by either UPS or our third party insurer.

TIMING:
We do our very best to ship every in-stock item and order within 24 hours of it being placed. If a portion of your order is not currently available, we will contact you as soon as possible. The arrival of your order - if shipped UPS Ground - will depend on your location, but please estimate about 3-7 business days from the day it is shipped.
UPS 2nd Day Air will arrive two business days after it is shipped. (If your order goes out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday.) UPS Overnight will arrive the following business day after it has been shipped.

LOCAL ORDERS:
We offer in-store pick up and curbside pickup for online orders placed locally, with no shipping costs attached to the sale.
